Furthermore, the Company has established internal rules regarding personal information protection (hereinafter referred to as “Internal Regulations”), and will implement, maintain, and strive to continuously improve them.

- The Company handles personal information within the scope of the purpose of use explicitly stated to customers. Except with the customer’s consent or as permitted by law, the Company will not disclose or provide personal information provided by customers to any third party.
- The Company maintains personal information in an accurate and up-to-date state, strives to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage to personal information, and continuously improves and corrects its information security measures.

2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
When personal information is provided by customers, the Company explicitly states the purpose of use in advance and uses it within the scope of that purpose. If it becomes necessary to use a customer’s personal information beyond the scope of the purpose of use specified in advance, the Company will notify the customer to that effect and use it only after obtaining the customer’s consent.
The purposes of use of personal information held by the Company are as follows:
(1) Personal Information Concerning Business Partners
- Provision of consulting services for medical institutions, development, sales, and maintenance of electronic medical record systems, BPO services for medical institutions, and physician introduction services.
- Business discussions, meetings, and performance of contracts with customers.
- Sending notices, materials, and email newsletters related to services provided by the Company.
- Provision of various membership services, product implementation support, and customer support.
- Responding to inquiries and consultations.
(2) Personal Information Concerning Interviewees and Others
- Recruitment of and communication with interviewees for the creation of article content.
- Responding to inquiries and consultations.
(3) Personal Information Concerning Applicants for Employment
- Provision of recruitment information and communication to job applicants (including interns).
- Selection process, hiring decisions, and recruitment management within the Company.
3. Proper Acquisition of Personal Information
The Company acquires personal information by lawful and fair means. The provision of personal information to the Company is voluntary; however, if necessary information is not provided, customers may not be able to use all or part of each service.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- When the customer has given consent.
- When required by laws and regulations.
- When necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the customer’s consent.
- When outsourcing the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
- When business succession occurs due to a merger, company split, business transfer, or other reasons.
5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling
Notwithstanding the preceding Article, the Company may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such cases, the Company will select appropriate contractors and appropriately supervise them to ensure the safe management of personal information.
6. Safety Management Measures
The Company continuously implements the following measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage to personal information and to ensure safe management:
- Organizational Structure: Appointing a person responsible for the handling of personal information and establishing a reporting and communication system.
- Employee Education: Conducting periodic education and training on the handling of personal information for officers and employees.

7. Inquiries and Disclosure Procedures Regarding Personal Information
For inquiries and requests regarding the disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use, etc., of personal information (including disclosure of records of third-party provision), please contact us via the Inquiry Form. Upon verifying the identity of the requester, the Company will respond sincerely and promptly.
A fee of 1,000 yen (excluding tax) per request may be charged for notifications of the purpose of use or requests for disclosure of retained personal data.
8. Other Matters
(1) Access Information and Cookies
To provide better services, this website may collect and use access log information and Cookies. As these cannot identify specific individuals on their own, the Company does not consider them to be personal information. Cookies can be rejected through browser settings.
(2) External Transmission of Information
To analyze user behavior, improve services, and measure advertising effectiveness, the Company uses identifiers such as Cookies to send information to the following external tools:

(3) Use of Statistical Data and Survey Results
- Statistical Data: Based on personal information provided, the Company may create statistical data processed so that individual customers cannot be identified. The Company may use such anonymized statistical data without any restrictions.
- Survey Results: Names, affiliated facilities, and prefectures of medical professionals other than the survey respondents included in answers to surveys conducted for members may be provided as reference information to domestic and overseas medical-related business operators using the Company’s services, by appending them to personal information for which consent for third-party provision was obtained in advance.
- Method of Provision: Provision is conducted via display on webpages accessible by entering ID and password, sending password-protected files attached to emails or exchanging recording media containing them, or exchanging files on access-restricted servers. The database created from acquired information is verified against existing member information and updated. When receiving personal data from a third party, the background of acquisition by said third party is verified and acquired appropriately.
(4) Acquisition and Use of Personally-Referrable Information
The Company may receive personally-referrable information (as defined in the Personal Information Protection Act, excluding information that can identify a specific individual) from affiliate partners (advertising agencies, media, etc.), such as ad click timestamps and ad media info (ID, site name, etc.), and link it with personal information held by the Company to acquire and use it as personal data. This information is used to confirm ad performance and measure advertising effectiveness.
(5) Joint Use of Personal Information
The Company may jointly use acquired personal information with business partners, business alliance companies, and other third parties deemed necessary by the Company. In doing so, necessary items such as the scope of joint users will be determined and posted on the Company’s website so that members and others can easily access them.
- Items of Personal Data Jointly Used: Among member personal information acquired by the Company, the following items may be jointly used: Name, email address, phone number, job title, affiliation, seminar attendance info, survey responses, and analysis results combining these with website browsing history.
