Through the use of digital technology attuned to the changing times and the re-design of back-office operations, we continue to generate creative innovation that overturns conventional wisdom in healthcare management, and we aim to empower the people who work in local healthcare and the communities they serve.
To that end, we believe it is critically important to properly manage the information assets we hold, including information relating to healthcare management and information about our patients,
and to protect them from a wide variety of threats.
Our policy on information security is set out below.
In order to provide services that healthcare professionals can use with confidence, our commitment to information
security is to establish an information security management system (ISMS) based on the ISO/IEC27001 standard, and to
operate it.
2. Information Security Training for Employees
As part of our personnel security measures, we provide our employees with thorough information security training, so that they remain constantly aware of the
importance of the information assets we handle.
3. Compliance with Requirements
We comply not only with legal and regulatory requirements, but also with relevant guidelines, industry codes of practice, and the
requirements of our contracts with clients.
4. Continual Improvement
Under the leadership of our management, we work systematically and continually to improve and strengthen information security.
